摘　　要：胃食管反流病在我国随着人口老龄化加剧、人们生活压力的提高呈逐年上升趋势,易形成反复难治性疾病。文章从“舒肝和胃降逆”理论介绍白光教授论治不同类型胃食管反流病的经验,探讨不同类型胃食管反流病辨病与辨证相结合的用药规律。Gastroesophageal reflux disease in our country is increasing year by year with the aging of population and the increase of people’s living pressure,and it is easy to form a recurring refractory disease.In this paper,Professor BAI Guang’s clinical experience in treating different types of gastroesophageal reflux diseases was introduced based on the theory of“soothing liver and harmonizing stomach”,and the medication rules of different types of gastroesophageal reflux diseases were discussed based on disease differentiation combined with syndrome differentiation.
