摘　　要：师瑞华主任在治疗伤科疾患过程中,始终把筋骨辨证作为总纲,取得了显著的临床疗效。笔者通过跟师学习,系统整理了筋骨辨证的学术思想,以及这一学术思想在治疗腰椎后关节紊乱症中的具体应用。In the process of treating traumatic diseases, Director SHI Ruihua always took tendon and bone syndrome differentiation theory as the general guideline, and achieved remarkably clinical curative effects. Through learning from the teacher, the author has systematically sorted out the academic thought of tendon and bone syndrome differentiation, and the specific application of this academic thought in treating lumbar posterior joint disorder disease.
