摘　　要：目的:探究益气养阴通脉方治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对患者血清中血清基质金属蛋白酶9(Matrix Metalloproteinase 9,MMP9)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(Tissue Inhibitor of Matrix Metalloproteinases-1,TIMP-1)、可溶性细胞间粘附因子-1(Soluble Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1,sICAM-1)水平的影响。方法:选取100例符合标准的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气养阴通脉方进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及血清MMP9、TIMP-1、sICAM-1水平变化。结果:观察组患者的治疗效果显著好于对照组,同时两组患者治疗后血清中MMP9、sICAM-1水平下降,TIMP-1水平上升,且观察组较对照组改善显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:益气养阴通脉方对冠心病稳定型心绞痛的治疗具有一定的效果,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai prescription(益气养阴通脉方)on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its influences on the levels of serum MMP9,TIMP-1 and sICAM-1.Methods:One hundred cases were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with the Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai prescription.Results:The therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly better than the control group.At the same time,the levels of serum MMP9 and sICAM-1 were decreased and the levels of TIMP-1 were increased in the two groups after treatment,and the amelioration in the observation group was more significant than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai prescription shows certain effects on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
