补肾调肝生精汤免煎颗粒辅助治疗特发性弱精子症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾调肝生精汤免煎颗粒辅助治疗特发性弱精子症的效果。方法:将肇庆市第二人民医院2019年12月-2020年9月66例特发性弱精子症患者按照计算机分组法分为对照组32例,给予左卡尼汀口服液治疗,观察组34例在对照组基础上给予补肾调肝生精汤免煎颗粒治疗,观察两组中医证候评分、内分泌激素水平和精子质量。结果:治疗后,观察组性欲减退、烦躁易怒、腰膝酸软、精神疲惫评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组卵泡刺激素、睾酮、黄体生成素水平均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组精子浓度、a级精子率、(a+b)级精子率和精子存活率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:补肾调肝生精汤免煎颗粒辅助治疗特发性弱精子症可改善临床症状和内分泌激素水平,提高精子质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of no-decoction granules for the Bushen Tiaogan Shengjing decoction(补肾调肝生精汤免煎颗粒)in adjuvant treatment of idiopathic asthenozoospermia.Methods:From December 2019 to September 2020,and 66 cases were divided into the control group of 32 cases and the observation group of 34 cases according to the computer grouping method.The control group was given L-carnitine oral liquid for treatment,and the observation group was given no-decoction granules for the Bushen Tiaogan Shengjing decoction more.The TCM symptom scores,endocrine hormone levels and sperm quality were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of loss of libido,irritability,waist and knees,and mental exhaustion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of FSH,T and LH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sperm concentration,a-grade sperm rate,(a+b)-grade sperm rate and sperm survival rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:No-decoction granules for the Bushen Tiaogan Shengjing decoction can relieve clinical symptoms,improve endocrine hormone levels and sperm quality in adjuvant treatment of idiopathic asthenozoospermia.
