摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以党的十八届三中全会、十八届四中全会提出的司法体制改革工作为中心,中国司法研究取得了长足发展,表现为司法研究人员多样化、司法研究方向精细化、司法研究内容系统化、司法研究方法科学化。与此同时,针对司法原理、司法组织、司法程序和司法人事领域中的诸多议题,学界也产出了许多具有理论价值和实践意义的学术成果。中国司法研究取得的进展得益于党和国家的高度重视,坚持实事求是、理论联系实际的立场,坚持马克思主义的方法论,坚持博采众长、以我为主的学术态度。加强不同学科之间的交流与合作,加强对司法规律和司法理论的总结和研究,加强对中国司法的经验分析、讲好中国故事是未来中国司法研究走向系统化的努力方向。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China’s judicial research has made great progress, focusing on the judicial system reform proposed by the Third Plenary Session and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. This is manifested in the diversification of judicial researchers, the refinement of judicial research directions, the systematization of judicial research content, and the scientific method of judicial research. At the same time, the academia has also made achievements with theoretical and practical significance on many issues in the fields of judicial principles, organization, procedures, and personnel. The progress made in China’s judicial research is due to the great attention paid by the Party and the State by adhering to the stance of seeking truth from facts, integrating theory with practice, adhering to the Marxist methodology, and maintaining the academic attitude of learning from others’ strong points while sticking to China’s own principles. The key to the development of China’s systematic judicial research in the future lies in strengthening the exchanges and cooperation between different disciplines, enhancing the exploration and formulation of judicial principles and theories, improving the analysis of China’s judicial experience, and telling others Chinese stories effectively.
