摘　　要：文章从“实则阳明,虚则太阴”理论角度探讨了肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征与痰浊瘀血的关系,认为本病以脾虚胃盛为本,痰浊、瘀血与脂膜互结为标,致冲任胞宫闭塞,卵子发育闭锁而发病,通过运脾和胃、祛湿化瘀,配合调整生活习惯,对治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征具有重要意义。This article discussed the relationship between obese poly cystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and phlegm turbidity and blood stasis from the theoretical point of"actuality leads to Yangming(阳明),deficiency leads to Taiyin(太阴)".It is believed that this disease is rooted in a deficiency of the spleen and stomach,with phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and lipid membrane intertwined as secondary causes,which cause uterus occlusion of Chongren(冲任)meridian and the atresia of ovum development,resulting in the disease.It is of great significance for the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome by invigorating the spleen and stomach,removing dampness and removing blood stasis,and adjusting living habits.
