摘　　要：介绍王柱林治疗原发性痛经的经验,其认为临床证型多为寒凝血瘀,参古酌今,采用了以“温通”为根本的治疗大法,总结出治疗寒凝血瘀之痛经经验方乌石痛经汤治疗原发性痛经,于经前3~5天用药,连续服药3个月经周期,即可达到治病的目的,又大大减轻了患者的经济负担。并指出痛经的预防重在调控易感体质,平时可通过饮食调养、生活习惯的调整,如少食生冷,注意保暖,从而预防痛经。Chief Physician WANG Zhulin’s experience in treating primary dysmenorrhea was introduced.He believed that the clinical syndromes were mostly cold congelation and blood stasis.He used the“warmly dredging”as the fundamental treatment method,and the Wushi Tongjing decoction(乌石痛经汤)in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is summarized.Medication 3 to 5 days before menstruation,continuous medication for 3 menstrual cycles,can achieve the purpose of treatment,and greatly reduce the patient’s economic burden.And he pointed out that the prevention of dysmenorrhea focused on regulating susceptible physique.In daily life,dysmenorrhea can be prevented by adjusting the diet and living habits,such as eating less cold food and keeping warm.
