夏亲华教授论治膜样性痛经经验撷要

摘　　要：文章旨在探讨夏亲华教授论治膜样性痛经的临床经验。跟师门诊,收集膜样性痛经案例,梳理本病的病因病机,并结合现代医学理论,总结夏亲华教授的临床经验,附验案一则予以说明。夏亲华教授认为膜样性痛经发病机制为“心肝失调,肾阳不足”。治疗上,疼痛发作时,重在心肝论治,逐瘀脱膜,并结合中医外治;疼痛缓解时,重在补肾调阴阳,以扶正祛邪,标本兼治。验案中膜样性痛经患者经过夏师从心肝肾论治,结合调周法用药后疼痛明显缓解。夏亲华教授从心肝肾治疗膜样性痛经疗效显著,为该病的治疗提供了新思路。In this article,Professor XIA Qinhua’s experience in treating membranous dysmenorrhea was investigated.Collecting Professor XIA’s medical records about membranous dysmenorrhea,summarizing the pathogenesis of this disease,and combining with modern literature,Professor XIA’s experience was summarized.One record will be attached.Professor XIA considers that heart and liver disorders and kidney Yang(阳)deficiency play the dominant role in this disease.When the pain attacks,the treatment should focus on heart and liver,removing stagnation and membranes should be applied,and combining with external therapy of Chinese medicine;tonifying kidney and adjusting Yin(阴)and Yang of menstrual cycle will be emphasized when the pian relieves.The case cited got overt remission after receiving the therapy.Professor XIA gets remarkable clinic curative effect on membranous dysmenorrhea by treating from heart liver and kidney,which provides new ideas to clinical treatment.
