摘　　要：卵泡发育不良是导致妇女月经失调、不孕、复发性流产的主要原因之一,其发生发展多与卵泡生长发育时的阴阳失衡密切相关。林洁教授治疗妇科各类疾病具有丰富经验,在治疗卵泡发育不良时多运用“阳化气,阴成形”的思想,并在辨证论治时多使用药对治疗,疗效颇佳。药对是沟通中药与方剂之间的桥梁,它的使用体现了最基本的药物配伍思想。文章整理了林洁教授在治疗卵泡发育不良时的用药经验及佐药习惯,分析其治疗疾病时使用药对的配伍特点,并列举相关医案,为临床提供参考。Follicular dysplasia is one of the main causes of menstrual disorders,infertility,and recurrent miscarriage in women.Its occurrence and development are closely related to Yin-Yang(阴阳)imbalance during the growth and development of follicles.Professor LIN Jie has rich experience in treating various gynecological diseases,often uses the idea of“Yang transforms into Qi,and Yin shapes up body”(阳化气,阴成形)in treating follicular dysplasia,and applies couplet medicinals based on syndrome differentiation.The curative effect is quite good.Couplet medicinals is a bridge between TCM medicine and prescriptions,and its application reflects the most basic idea of medicine compatibility.In this article,Professor LIN Jie’s medication experience and adjuvant habits in treating follicular dysplasia were summarized,the compatibility characteristics of the couplet medicinals on the disease were analyzed,and relevant medical records were listed to provide more clinical reference.
