摘　　要：推拿作为中医特色的非手术治疗方法中的重要组成部分,其治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效可靠,且舒适容易接受,并发症少,本文研究牵引推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效,以期为临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供经验。笔者采用牵引、推拿联合疗法用于腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中,取得较为理想的临床疗效、无创伤、无痛苦,有效减轻了患者的病痛、疗效好,治愈快。改善生活质量,值得临床运用推广。Massage,as an important part of non-surgical treatment methods with TCM characteristics,has reliable curative effects on lumbar disc herniation,is comfortable and easy to accept,and has few complications.The author adopts the combined therapy of traction and massage for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,with good efficacy,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
