摘　　要：高红勤主任认为痹证后期阴虚痹患者多见,证属肾阴虚,兼有血瘀,且久病入络,治疗当滋阴补肾,活血通络。同时,方中合用新白薇煎,加强滋阴益精、通行血络、祛瘀透邪之力。Director GAO Hongqin believes that in the late stage of Bi(痹)syndrome,Yin(阴)deficiency arthralgia patients are more common,and the syndrome belongs to kidney Yin deficiency accompanied by blood stasis,and chronic illness enters the collaterals.At the same time,the Xin Baiwei Jian(新白薇煎)is used in the prescription to strengthen the power of nourishing Yin,nourishing essence,promoting blood circulation,dredging collaterals,and removing blood stasis and pathogenic Qi(气).
