大健康背景下南充市中医健康体检服务模式研究

摘　　要：目的:研究有效的区域性中医健康体检服务模式。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年1月南充市中心医院健康管理中心120例健康体检人员为研究对象,随机分为对照组(60例)及观察组(60例)。对照组进行常规西医体检加中医体质辨识,观察组在对照组的基础上引入其他中医体检项目,体检后对照组进行常规健康宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上进行针对性的中医治未病干预,1年后对比两组人员的体检满意度、干预前后的中医体质状况。结果:观察组满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组接受治未病干预1年后,较对照组体质有显著改善,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组接受治未病服务后,亚健康状况各项评分较干预前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医体检的同时,配合中医健康评估,进行中医养生知识宣传,实施中医治未病干预的体检服务模式,能提高体检人群的满意度,改善体检人群的亚健康状况。Objective:To study an effective regional TCM health examination service model.Methods:A total of 120 healthy people from the health management center of Nanchong Central Hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases).The control group underwent routine Western medicine physical examination and TCM constitution identification.The observation group was given TCM physical examination items more.After the physical examination,the control group underwent routine health education,and the observation group received targeted TCM treatment more.After one year of intervention,the physical examination satisfaction and TCM constitution status before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the physique in the observation group was significantly improved,(P<0.05).After the pre-treatment service,the sub-health status scores in the observation group were all lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on Western medicine physical examination,combined with health assessment and TCM health preservation knowledge publicity,the implementation of the physical examination service mode of TCM preventive treatment intervention can improve the satisfaction and sub-health status of the medical examination population.
