摘 要:为解决司马煤矿1209工作面坚硬老顶垮落困难的问题,通过钻孔窥视法观测顶板岩层裂隙发育情况,采用理论计算、理论分析等方法设计具体的坚硬顶板控制方案,结果表明:采用水力压裂技术对顶板进行弱化后,老顶初次来压步距30.4 m,老顶来压期间未出现强矿压现象,该技术从预裂效果、经济、安全三方面均优于传统的预裂爆破技术,可推广使用。In order to solve the difficult problem of hard main roof caving in 1209 working face of Sima Coal Mine,the development of fissures in the roof strata was abserved by the method of borehole peeping,and designed concrete hard roof control scheme by using theoretical calculation,theoretical analysis and other methods,the results show that the first pressure interval of main roof is 30.4 m after the roof is weakened by hydraulic fracturing technology,and there is no strong ground pressure phenomenon during the main roof pressure period,this technology is superior to the traditional pre-splitting blasting technology in three aspects:pre-splitting effect,economy and safety.
