摘  要:针对智慧电网等领域的温度智能感知需求,设计了多类型温度传感器自适应智能感知节点。采用四端子接口实现了1路二/三/四线电阻式温度传感器或2路热电偶的直接接入。通过主动探测识别传感器类型并自动配置测量电路实现了传感器信号的自适应调理。基于参数化通用测量转换方程实现了多种型号的铂电阻、热敏电阻及10种国标类型热电偶的温度信息自适应测量转换。构建了多类型温度传感器分布式组网测量实验系统并接入8种不同的温度传感器进行了实验。结果表明:节点具备对不同种类及型号的温度传感器的自适应测量能力,其自身理论测温精度优于5.3 mK。Aiming at the demand for intelligent temperature sensing in smart grids and other fields,a multi-type temperature sensor adaptive intelligent sensing node was designed.A four-terminal interface was used to realize the direct access of a 2/3/4-wire resistive temperature sensor or two thermocouples.Through active detection and identification of the sensor type and automatic configuration of the measurement circuit,the adaptive conditioning of the sensor signal was realized.Based on the parameterized universal measurement conversion equation,the temperature information adaptive conversion of various models of platinum resistance,thermistor and 10 types of national standard thermocouples was realized.The distributed network measurement experiment system of multi-type temperature sensors was constructed and 8 different temperature sensors were connected to conduct the experiment.The results show that the node has adaptive measurement ability for different types and models of temperature sensors,and its theoretical temperature measurement accuracy is better than 5.3 mK.
