摘  要:目前,市面上存在的M-BUS(仪表总线)相关方案,性能参差不齐,价格高昂,且普遍存在电路复杂、自适应能力低、固定电压电源供电等问题。为解决上述问题,设计了基于三极管的新型实用M-BUS主机方案,主机发送电路利用三极管的射级跟随特性实现电压调制和简化电路的目的,并设计快速放电电路以抵抗传输线携带的电容对电压下降速度的影响;主机接收电路通过对信号进行差分放大增加电路的自适应能力,并利用施密特触发器电路加强信号的抗干扰能力。通过以集成芯片TSS721为核心的从机对该主机的性能进行测试,该主机电路的静态消耗电流为10 mA,通信最大频率高于10 kHz,完全满足协议中300~9600 bps通信速率的要求,可实现宽范围单电源供电,电压最低为20 V,完全可以满足目前市场需求。At present,the M-BUS(instrument bus)related schemes on the market have uneven performance,high price,and common problems such as complex circuit,low adaptive ability,and power supply of fixed voltage power supply.In order to solve the above problems,a new practical M-BUS host scheme based on triode was designed.The host sending circuit realized voltage modulation and simplified the circuit by using the emitter following characteristics of triode,and a fast discharge circuit was designed to resist the influence of capacitance carried by transmission line on voltage drop speed.The host receiving circuit increased the adaptive ability of the circuit by differential amplification of the signal,and strengthened the anti-interference ability of the signal by using the Smith trigger circuit.The performance of the host was tested by the slave with the integrated chip TSS721 as the core.The static consumption current of the host circuit is 10 mA,and the maximum frequency of communication is higher than 10 kHz,which fully meets the requirements of 300~9600 bps communication rate in the protocol.It can realize wide range single power supply,and the voltage can reach 20 V,which can fully meet the current market demand.
