摘 要:针对现有仪器不能实现对孔全域的毛刺高度及形貌的综合快速测量,设计了基于线激光位移传感器的孔毛刺高度测量系统。首先阐述多重反射引起的杂散光及激光成像面和待测孔表面的倾斜对测量精度的影响,并提出了消除杂散光和校准倾斜的方法;其次,利用传感器的测量数据开发了计算毛刺高度的算法,并实现了毛刺形貌的可视化。实验结果表明,该系统可以实现钻孔毛刺的精确快速测量,其测量重复度<1μm,准确度通过该系统与三维形貌仪和千分表的对比测试得到了验证。Targeting the failure of existing apparatuses in comprehensive and rapid measurement of the burr height and morphology for the whole hole region,a hole burr height measurement system based on linear laser displacement sensor was designed.First,the influences of the stray light due to multiple reflections and the inclinations of the laser imaging surface and the hole surface on the measurement accuracy were discussed,and the methods to eliminate the stray light and calibrate the inclinations were proposed.Then,an algorithm to calculate burr height was developed by using the sensor measurement data,and the burr morphology was visualized as well.The experimental results show that the system can measure burr accurately and quickly,the repeatability of the system is less than 1μm,and the accuracy of the system is verified by comparing it with a three-dimensional profiler and a dial gauge.
