摘　　要：分析氯乙烯生产过程中原料二氯乙烷含水对裂解工艺的影响,并在EDC共沸干燥过程中,通过在输送工艺管线上增加开关阀组实现分程控制的方法确保含水合格EDC外送工艺管道的快速切换,达到保证生产连续性、稳定性和安全性的目的。In the production of vinyl chloride(VCM),the influence of moisture about ethylene dichloride(EDC)in pyrolysis process was analyzed.And in the process of EDC azeotropic drying,the fast switching of the material output pipeline can be realized to ensure the production continuity、stability and security by adding automatic process control of on/off valve group.
