摘  要:通过对比水相法和气固相法CPVC生产工艺,气固相法工艺优势明显,但技术难度较大,为打破国外工艺垄断局面,经过多年研发,目前已实现气固相法制备CPVC全流程工艺及设备研发,产品性能达到国标要求,通过优化装置设计及实现关键参数的精准控制,天业集团气固相法CPVC产品热稳定性已优于国内外同类产品,并在下游厂家进行推广应用,实现了DN300大口径管材的制备,标志着天业集团气固相法CPVC树脂质量有了较大提升,为国产气固相法CPVC树脂在行业快速推广奠定了基础。By comparing the water phase method and gas-solid phase method for CPVC production,the gas-solid phase method has obvious advantages,but it is difficult in technology.In order to break the foreign monopoly,Xinjiang Tianye(Group)Co.,Ltd.has realized the research and development of the whole process and equipment for CPVC preparation by gas-solid phase method after years of research and development,and the product performance has reached the requirements of national standards.By optimizing the device design and realizing the accurate control of key parameters,The thermal stability of the gas-solid phase CPVC products of Tianye Group after optimization was better than that of similar products at home and abroad,and was promoted and applied in downstream manufacturers,The preparation of DN300 large-diameter pipe has been realized,which marks that the quality of gas-solid phase CPVC resin of Tianye Group has been greatly improved,and lays a foundation for the rapid promotion of domestic gas-solid phase CPVC resin in the industry.
