摘  要:介绍了电石法生产氯乙烯过程中合成热水塔余热利用存在的问题,提出改进热水塔余热利用的可行措施,同时通过改变热水塔热水温度,减少在转化过程产生的副产蒸汽,不仅实现余热的充分利用,而且降低生产用水的消耗,消除了系统的排气噪音,综合经济效益和环境效益极为可观。The existing problems in the utilization of hot water waste heat in the synthesis of vinyl chloride by calcium carbide process was introduced,and puts forward the feasible measures to improve the utilization of hot water waste heat,reduces the by-product steam produced in the conversion process by changing the hot water temperature of the hot water tower.It can not only make full use of waste heat,but also reduce the consumption of production water.The exhaust noise of the system was eliminated,and the production and living environment were purified.Its comprehensive economic and environmental benefits were extremely considerable.
