心理护理在老年哮喘中对负面情绪的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析心理护理在老年哮喘中对负面情绪的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2020年12月我院收治的88例老年哮喘患者作为调查对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取心理护理,对比分析两组的临床护理效果,主要包括患者负面情绪改善、护理满意度等。对照组:男23例,女21例,年龄60~78岁,平均(56.34±12.56)岁,病程2.50~10年;观察组:男25例,女19例,年龄61~79岁,平均(57.37±12.77)岁,病程2~12年。纳入标准:①所有患者的症状符合老年哮喘诊断标准。②所有患者没有进行过相关护理干预。③患者无精神类疾病、无认知障碍及语言障碍。④患者和家属均对本研究知情并同意认可。排除标准:排除精神类疾病、认知障碍及语言障碍者。两组患者在一般资料构成上无明显差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义,具有可比性。结果相比较对照组患者,观察患者SAS评分、SDS评分下降更为明显,负面情绪得到有效改善,并且观察组治疗配合度与护理满意度明显高于对照组,另外,观察组整体躯体功能、心理状态、社会功能、物质生活状态、生活质量水平明显高于对照组,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论在老年哮喘护理中应用心理护理效果良好,能够有效缓解患者负面情绪,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on negative emotions in elderly patients with asthma.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the investigation object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took routine nursing,patients in the observation group took psychological nursing,comparative analysis of the clinical nursing effect of the two groups,mainly including the improvement of patients’negative emotions,nursing satisfaction,etc.Control group:23 males and 21 females,aged from 60 to 78 years,average(56.34±12.56)years,disease course 2.50-10 years;Observation group:there were 25 males and 19 females aged from 61 to 79 years,with an average of(57.37±12.77)years,and the course of disease was 2-12 years.Inclusion criteria:(1)diagnostic criteria for all patients with senile asthma.(2)All patients did not carry out relevant nursing intervention.(3)All patients had no mental diseases,no cognitive impairment and no language barrier.(4)Patients and their families are informed and agree to be recognized.Exclusion criteria:exclude mental diseases,cognitive disorders and language disorders.There was no significant difference in the composition of general data between the two groups,and P>0.05 was not statistically significant,indicating comparability.Results Compared with the control group,SAS score and SDS score of observation patients decreased more significantly,negative emotions were effectively improved,and the treatment cooperation degree and nursing satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group.In addition,the overall physical function,psychological state,social function,material life state and quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of psychological nursing
