延续性护理对糖尿病视网膜病变填充术患者的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对糖尿病视网膜病变填充术患者的临床价值。方法选择2017年4月至2019年2月本院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组实施本研究延续性护理,比较两组干预后依从性指标;比较干预前后两组患者疾病自我管理能力评分变化情况;比较干预过程中出现的并发症。结果通过自制量表提示,随访期间观察组针对饮食、运动、服用药物、血糖监测及眼部症状等治疗依从性得分均显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后1 d及干预后3 d,观察组糖尿病视网膜病变患者对疾病的自我管理能力均显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预过程中出现高血糖、低血糖、眼部感染及跌倒的总比例显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病视网膜病变实施硅油填充治疗后患者,实施延续性护理,能显著提高患者治疗依从性及疾病自我管理能力,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical value of continuous nursing care for patients undergoing diabetic retinopathy tamponade.Methods Eighty patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received continuous nursing of this study,and the compliance indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared.The changes of disease self-management ability scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.The complications occurred during the intervention were compared.Results According to the self-made scale,during the follow-up period,the observation group’s compliance scores on diet,exercise,medication,blood sugar monitoring and eye symptoms were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-management ability of diabetic retinopathy patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)one day after intervention and three days after intervention.The total proportion of hyperglycemia,hypoglycemia,eye infection and falls in the intervention process of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing for patients with diabetic retinopathy after silicone oil tamponade can significantly improve the treatment compliance and disease self-management ability of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
