开展品管圈活动降低小儿留置针非计划性拔管率的护理研究

摘　　要：目的在小儿留置针护理中开展品管圈活动,观察非计划性拔管事件发生情况。方法选取本院254例静脉留置针治疗的患儿,选取时间为2019年1月至2020年1月,根据随机抽签法将患儿分为对照组(127例,常规护理管理)与观察组(127例,品管圈活动管理),对两组治疗期间非计划性拔管发生情况、并发症情况及家长满意度进行对比。结果在非计划性拔管率方面,观察组(11.81%)低于对照组(41.73%)(χ^(2)=12.677,P<0.05);并发症发生率对比,观察组(5.51%)低于对照组(18.90%)(χ^(2)=6.094,P<0.05);家长满意度对比,观察组(97.64%)高于对照组(81.10%)(χ^(2)=8.317,P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动管理模式在静脉留置针患儿护理中应用,可有效降低非计划性拔管事件发生,与相关并发症预防效果显著,家长对护理管理工作满意度较高,值得推广。Objective To carry out quality control circle activities in the care of pediatric indwelling needles to observe the occurrence of unplanned extubation events.Methods Two hundred and fifty-four children with intravenous indwelling needle treatment in our hospital were selected,and the selection period was from January 2019 to January 2020.The children were divided into control group(127 cases,routine nursing management)and observation group(127 cases,quality control circle activity management)according to the random lottery method,the occurrence of unplanned extubation,complications and parent satisfaction during the treatment period of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of unplanned extubation rate,the observation group(11.81%)was lower than the control group(41.73%)(χ^(2)=12.677,P<0.05);the complication rate was compared,the observation group(5.51%)was lower than the control group(18.90%)(χ^(2)=6.094,P<0.05);comparison of parent satisfaction,the observation group(97.64%)was higher than the control group(81.10%)(χ^(2)=8.317,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the quality control circle activity management model in the nursing of children with intravenous indwelling needles can effectively reduce the occurrence of unplanned extubation events,and the prevention of related complications is significant.Parents are highly satisfied with nursing management and are worthy of promotion.
