循证性安全护理干预在重型肝炎治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的浅析重型肝炎治疗中应用循证性安全护理干预的效果。方法选出100例重型肝炎患者为对象,这些患者均于2019年1月至2022年1月入院进行治疗,在数字标注法基础上分组,对照组患者应用传统护理干预措施,试验组患者则运用循证性安全护理干预,比较每组效果。结果试验组患者并发症发生率(6.00%)比对照组(22.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组患者的心理状态评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的生活质量评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗重症肝炎患者的过程中实施循证性安全护理干预,有助于稳定患者心理状态、减少并发症、优化生活质量,值得普及应用。Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based safe nursing intervention in the treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods One hundred patients with severe hepatitis were selected as subjects,all of whom were hospitalized from January 2019 to January 2022.They were divided into two groups based on numerical notation.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing intervention,while patients in the experimental group were treated with evidence-based safety nursing intervention.The effects of each group were compared.Results Compared with the control group(22.00%),the incidence of complications in the experimental group(6.00%)was lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The psychological state score of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after nursing intervention,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based safe nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with severe hepatitis is helpful to stabilize their psychological state,reduce complications and optimize their quality of life,which is worthy of popularization and application.
