腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术围手术期强化护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术围手术期强化护理的实施效果。方法选取大连市妇女儿童医疗中心2018年7月至2019年8月期间行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除手术治疗患者76例,按随机投掷法分为参照组和研究组,每组各38例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施围手术期强化护理,对比两组手术相关情况,护理前后SAS、SDS评分,护理总满意度及术后并发症情况。结果研究组手术时间短于参照组,且术出血量少于参照组、术后排气时间及首次下床时间早于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。两组护理前SAS、SDS评分无较大差异(P>0.05);护理后两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度100.00%(38/38),高于参照组的84.21%(21/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率5.26%,低于参照组的23.68%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者开展围手术期强化护理的效果显著,可有效改善患者负性情绪,在促进术后恢复的同时并降低并发症风险,同步提升患者护理满意度,有推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of intensive nursing care in the perioperative period of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods A total of 76 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy during the period from July 2018 to August 2019 in Dalian Women and Children’s Medical Center were selected and randomly divided into a reference group and a research group with 38 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given intensive perioperative nursing.The operation-related conditions,SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing,total nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the research group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the amount of operative blood loss was less than that of the reference group,and the postoperative exhaust time and the first time to get out of bed were earlier than those of the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the research group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the research group was 100.00%(38/38),which was higher than 84.21%(21/38)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was 5.26%,which was lower than 23.68%in the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intensive perioperative nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy is significant,which can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients,promote postoperative recovery,reduce the risk of complications,and simultaneously improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.It has promotional value.
