循证护理干预对声带息肉患者术后嗓音恢复与满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理干预对声带息肉患者术后嗓音恢复与满意度的影响。方法采取随机数表法将2020年9月至2021年9月收治的80例声带息肉患者进行分组研究,对照组(常规护理,n=40)与观察组(在对照组基础上给予循证护理,n=40)。采用嗓音障碍指数-10问卷调查表进行评分,嗓音功能分析各组标准化噪声能量(NNE)、谐噪比(H/N)、基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)参数。采用改良睡眠状态自评量表(SRSS)评估,采用我院自制的总满意度量表实施评估。结果干预前,两组嗓音障碍指数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组“别人很难听到我的声音”、“在嘈杂环境中别人很难理解我的话”、“我的声音使个人及社会生活受限”评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组嗓音功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组NNE、Jitter、Shimmer评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组SRSS评分、喉发能力评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SRSS评分、喉发能力评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组总满意度(95.00%)明显高于对照组(45.00%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预可显著提高喉功能,减轻嗓音障碍,恢复嗓音功能,满意度较高,临床应用效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on the postoperative voice recovery and satisfaction of patients with vocal cord polyps.Methods A random number table method was selected to investigate 80 cases of vocal cord polyp patients admitted from nine 2020 to nine 2021.The control group(routine care,n=40)and the observation group(provided evidence-based care on the basis of the control group,n=40).The voice disorder index-10 questionnaire was used to score,and the voice function was used to analyze the standardized noise energy(NNE),harmonic-to-noise ratio(H/N),fundamental frequency perturbation(Jitter),amplitude perturbation(Shimmer)parameters of each group.The improved sleep state self-rating scale(SRSS)was used for evaluation,and the total satisfaction scale self-made by our hospital was used for evaluation.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference between the two groups of voice disorder index(P>0.05);after the intervention,the observation group"it is difficult for others to hear my voice","it is difficult for others to understand me in a noisy environment","my the scores of voice restricts personal and social life"are lower than those of the control group,and the data is significantly different(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no difference in voice function between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the NNE,Jitter,and Shimmer scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant data differences(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no difference between the two groups in SRSS score and laryngo-surgery score(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SRSS score and laryngo-surgery score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant data differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total satisfaction of the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(45.00%),and the difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant
