经鼻持续正压通气联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析经鼻持续正压通气联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病患者的临床效果。方法取72例冠心病患者作为研究对象,分为对照组(35例)和观察组(37例)。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合采用经鼻持续正压通气进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后的心功能(LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF),比较治疗前后两组生活质量(躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活)。结果治疗前,两组心功能3项指标水平无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心功能3项指标水平均优于治疗前,且观察组LVESD、LVEDD短于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量4个维度评分无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分均提升,且观察组评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经鼻持续正压通气联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病患者的临床效果显著,能有效提升患者的心功能,提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transnasal continuous positive pressure ventilation combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 72 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(37cases).The control group was treated with drugs,and the observation group was treated with continuous positive nasal pressure ventilation on the basis of the control group.Comparison of cardiac function(LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF)between the two groups before and after treatment.The quality of life(physical function,psychological function,social function,material life)before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in the levels of 3 indexes of cardiac function between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with before treatment,the three indexes of cardiac function in the two groups were better after treatment,compared with the control group,the LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the scores of four dimensions of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores in both groups were improved,compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous positive nasal pressure ventilation combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease has a significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the heart function of patients,improve the therapeutic effect,improve the quality of life of patients.
