采用文拉法辛缓释片治疗广泛性焦虑症患者的有效性

摘　　要：目的探讨广泛性焦虑症患者采用文拉法辛缓释片治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年10月至2019年10月接受治疗的100例广泛性焦虑症患者为研究对象,每组患者50例,采取随机分配法将其分成对照组(采用舍曲林治疗)和研究组(采用文拉法辛治疗),对比两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前的HAMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2、4周,两组患者的HAMA评分均有所下降,研究组患者的HAMA评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗前的生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组的患者相比,研究组患者的生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论广泛性焦虑症患者采用文法拉辛缓释片的治疗效果显著,安全性高,可有效改善患者的焦虑症状,提高患者的生活质量,促进患者尽早康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of venlafaxine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 100 patients with generalized anxiety disorder who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects.Each group was divided into 50 patients,and randomly assigned into control group(sertraline treatment)and research group(venlafaxine treatment).The treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The HAMA score of the two groups decreased in the first week,the second week and the fourth week after treatment,HAMA of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in the evaluation of the quality of life score before treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,compared with the patients in the control group,the quality of life score of the patients in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of venfaraxine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with generalized anxiety disorder is significant,and it can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with generalized anxiety disorder.
