炔雌醇环丙孕酮结合二甲双胍及综合治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者糖脂代谢及内分泌功能的影响

摘　　要：目的通过对炔雌醇环丙孕酮结合二甲双胍及综合治疗进行研究,分析其对多囊卵巢综合征患者糖脂代谢及内分泌功能的影响。方法将2019年2月至2021年2月我院收治的74例多囊卵巢综合征患者分别作为本研究的研究时间与研究对象,对所有患者实施随机分组,即研究组(n=37)与对比组(n=37),分别采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮结合二甲双胍及综合治疗与炔雌醇环丙孕酮及综合治疗。对两组患者进行糖脂代谢水平、内分泌功能以及满意度评分对比。结果研究组患者的TC为(3.28±0.41)mmol/L、TG为(0.95±0.55)mmol/L、FBG为(4.33±0.75)mmol/L、FINS为(8.41±2.75)mU/L,低于对比组;研究组患者的E2为(26.37±12.41)pg/mL、LH为(6.57±1.87)U/L、FSH为(4.28±0.64)U/L、T为(0.35±0.12)ng/mL,低于对比组;满意度评分为(93.36±2.11),高于对比组。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮结合二甲双胍及综合治疗对于多囊卵巢综合征患者,可显著改善患者的糖脂代谢水平及内分泌功能,具有良好的效果。Objective To study the effects of cyproterone combined with metformin and comprehensive treatment on glucose and lipid metabolism and endocrine function in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods The 74 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research time and research object of this study,and all patients were randomly divided into groups,with 37 patients in the study group and 37 patients in the control group.,respectively using ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with metformin and combined therapy and ethinyl estradiol cyproterone and combined therapy.After admission,the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism,endocrine function and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The TC of the patients in the study group was(3.28±0.41)mmol/L,TG was(0.95±0.55)mmol/L,FBG was(4.33±0.75)mmol/L,and FINS was(8.41±2.75)mU/L,which was lower than Control group;E2 of study group was(26.37±12.41)pg/mL,LH was(6.57±1.87)U/L,FSH was(4.28±0.64)U/L,T was(0.35±0.12)ng/mL,lower than the comparison group;the satisfaction score was(93.36±2.11),higher than the comparison group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with metformin and comprehensive therapy can significantly improve the level of glucose and lipid metabolism and endocrine function in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,with good results.
