摘　　要：目的探讨脓性扁桃体炎患者采取阿莫西林或克拉维酸钾治疗的效果和安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省鞍山市中心医院耳鼻咽喉科治疗的80例脓性扁桃体炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。两组患者均给予常规治疗。对照组40例患者给予常规的阿奇霉素剂量14 mg/kg,每日2次,静脉注射,连续治疗4~10 d。试验组40例患者采取阿莫西林或克拉维酸钾治疗,2片/次,每日3次,4 d为1个疗程,持续1~4个疗程。对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率、临床安全性评分、综合疗效判定评分、症状体征量化分级及病情评分。结果试验组患者的治疗有效率为95.00%,对照组患者的临床有效率为82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的临床安全性评分、综合疗效判定评分、症状体征量化分级及病情评分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脓性扁桃体炎患者采取阿莫西林或克拉维酸钾治疗的疗效显著,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of amoxicillin or clavulanate potassium in the treatment of purulent tonsillitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with purulent tonsillitis in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Anshan Central Hospital of Liaoning Province from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were given routine treatment,40 patients in the control group were given routine azithromycin dose of 14 mg/kg,twice a day,intravenously for 4-10 days;40 patients in the experimental group were treated with amoxicillin or clavulanate potassium,2 tablets/time,3 times/day,4 days as a course of treatment,lasting 1-4 courses of treatment.The clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared.The clinical safety score,comprehensive curative effect judgment score,quantitative grading of symptoms and signs and condition score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate was 95.00%in the experimental group,and 82.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical safety score,comprehensive curative effect judgment score,quantitative grading of symptoms and signs and condition score of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin or clavulanate potassium is effective and safe in the treatment of purulent tonsillitis.
