摘　　要：目的分析卵巢早衰特点,评价坤灵丸治疗卵巢早衰患者的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年9月至2019年3月收治的卵巢早衰患者进行研究,从中抽取100例患者。以随机数表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)进行治疗,对照组患者采用归肾丸治疗,观察组患者采用坤灵丸治疗。对比两组患者的治疗情况,包括临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况、性激素水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E)性激素水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的头晕、耳鸣、五心烦热以及潮热盗汗、腰膝酸软总不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在卵巢早衰患者的临床治疗中运用坤灵丸,能够有效改善患者的性激素水平,进而提高患者的临床治疗效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore and analyze the characteristics of premature ovarian failure and evaluate the clinical effect of kunling pill in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods From September 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted and treated in our hospital were selected for the study.Patients with premature ovarian failure in the control group were treated with guishen pill,and patients with premature ovarian failure in the observation group were treated with kunling pill.The two groups of patients with premature ovarian failure were compared in terms of treatment,including clinical treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and sex hormone levels.Results After treatment,the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences among the observation indexes(P<0.05).The incidence of dizziness,tinnitus,five upset fever,hot flashes,night sweats,waist and knee acerbity in patients with premature ovarian failure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was significant difference in the observation indicators between groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in patients with premature ovarian failure in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference in observation indexes between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with guishen pill treatment,kunling pill treatment in patients with premature ovarian failure can effectively improve the level of sexual hormones in patients,and improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,with high clinical application value.
