肛肠疾病患者术后排便困难的循证护理干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理肛肠疾病术后排便困难护理干预中的应用效果,总结循证护理模式的临床应用价值。方法选择我院于2019年3月至2020年8月收治的76例肛肠疾病术后排便困难患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各38例,试验组肛肠疾病术后排便困难患者接受循证护理,对照组接受常规护理,对两组患者排便情况、生活质量以及护理满意度进行比较。结果接受循证护理后,试验组患者的首次排便时间为(42.93±2.91)h、排便平均时间为(13.29±2.66)min,对照组首次排便时间为(55.85±3.06)h、排便平均时间为(19.43±2.71)min;两组患者的首次排便时间及排便平均时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的躯体功能、物质生活、心理功能评分分别为(72.95±2.71)分、(80.52±1.36)分、(79.84±1.76)分,对照组患者的躯体功能、物质生活、心理功能评分分别为(61.88±2.68)分、(65.39±1.53)分、(70.32±1.47)分,两组患者的生活质量数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理满意度比较,试验组为97.37%,对照组为81.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肛肠疾病术后排便困难患者的临床护理中,采用循证护理模式有助于促进患者康复,与常规护理方法相比,可缩短患者首次排便时间与排便平均时间,提高患者对护理的满意度以及生活质量,具有令人满意的临床效果。Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing intervention of postoperative defecation difficulties of anorectal diseases,and to summarize the clinical application value of evidence-based nursing model.Methods From March 2019 to August 2020,76 patients with postoperative defecation difficulties of anorectal disease treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,38 cases in each group.The patients with postoperative defecation difficulties of anorectal disease in the experimental group received evidence-based nursing and the control group received routine nursing.Then the defecation situation,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After receiving evidence-based nursing,the first defecation time and average defecation time of patients in the experimental group were(42.93±2.91)h and(13.29±2.66)min,while the first defecation time and average defecation time of patients in the control group were(55.85±3.06)h and(19.43±2.71)min.There was significant difference in the first defecation time and average defecation time between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,material life and psychological function in the experimental group were(72.95±2.71),(80.52±1.36)and(79.84±1.76)respectively,while the scores of physical function,material life and psychological function in the control group were(61.88±2.68),(65.39±1.53)and(70.32±1.47)respectively.There was significant difference in quality of life between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was 97.37%in the experimental group and 81.58%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with difficult defecation after anorectal surgery,the use of evidence-based nursing model is helpful to promote the rehabilitation of patients.Compared with conventional nursing methods,this nursing method can shorten the first defecation time and defecation time,improve patients’satisfaction wi
