共情护理对艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗负性情绪及服药依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的针对当前共情护理用于艾滋病患者的效果开展深入分析,评估共情护理临床意义与价值。方法结合纳入与排除标准,研究人员选择2020年1月至2021年12月于我院诊断并治疗护理的60例艾滋病患者为研究对象,将患者按照入院时间进行排序,以随机数表法分为两组。研究组(30例)给予共情护理,对照组(30例)给予常规护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果对照组的抑郁自评量表评分高于研究组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的焦虑自评量表评分高于研究组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的服药依从性低于研究组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的生活质量低于研究组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的CD4T数量低于研究组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的HIV病毒载量高于研究组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对艾滋病患者行共情护理在一定程度上可以直接对患者的病情进行控制,稳定患者的情绪,实现患者生活质量水平的提升,提高患者的服药依从性,保证患者临床治疗指标的合理化。Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis of the effect of current empathy nursing on AIDS patients,and to judge the clinical significance and value of empathy nursing.Methods After combining the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the researchers selected 60 AIDS patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 as the research objects,and sorted each patient according to the time of admission.The random number table method into two groups.The research group(30 cases)was given empathy care,the reference group(30 cases)was given routine care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The self-rating depression scale of the reference group was higher than that of the research group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety self-rating scale of the reference group was higher than that of the research group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the reference group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the reference group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD4T content in the reference group was lower than that in the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HIV viral load in the reference group was higher than that in the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To a certain extent,empathy nursing for AIDS patients can directly control the condition of AIDS patients,stabilize patients’emotions,achieve the improvement of patients’quality of life,improve patients’medication compliance,and ensure the rationalization of patients’clinical treatment indicators.
