摘 要:我国高速铁路线路分布广阔,有一部分跨越地震设防区域,且桥梁占线比重高,因此当地震发生时,会威胁到桥上高速列车的行车安全性。目前,国内在基于列车安全行驶的高速铁路桥梁抗震设计方面仍无相关规范及标准。文章旨在提出对应的行车安全指标,供设计人员及研究人员参考、使用。通过数值方法建立地震下列车-桥梁系统振动模型,讨论列车非线性悬挂的必要性,并基于轨面响应及轮轨相对位移量筛选最优指标,最后计算出不同桥梁周期、不同列车速度下的桥梁轨面动力响应指标限值,其中将桥梁自振周期分为三个阶段,即短周期阶段(0.1~0.7s)采用轨面HI指标,中等周期阶段(0.7~1.5s)采用轨面PV指标,长周期阶段(1.5~1.9s)采用轨面SaT_(1)指标。将得到的指标与基于轮轨力准则得到的指标对比表明:基于轮轨力准则得到的指标较为保守,根据此特点建议采用两级指标,相关人员可快速且方便地评判行车安全性能。China’s high-speed railway lines are widely distributed,high proportion of bridges cross the earthquake fortification area,and the earthquake will threaten the safety of the high-speed trains on the bridge.At present,there are still no relevant codes and standards for seismic design of high-speed railway bridges based on running safety of train in China.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the running safety indexes designers and researchers.The model of train-bridge system under earthquake is established by numerical method and the necessity of train nonlinear suspension is discussed.Based on the track response and wheel-rail relative displacement,the optimal indexes are selected.Finally,the dynamic response index limits of rail surface under different bridge periods and different train speeds are calculated.The natural vibration period of bridge is divided into three levels:(1)in the short period range(0.1~0.7 s),the rail surface HI is used;(2)in the medium period range(0.7~1.5 s),the rail surface PV is used;(3)in the long period stage range(1.5~1.9 s),the rail surface SaT_(1)is used.The comparison between the obtained indexes and the those based on the wheel-rail force criterion shows that the indexes based on the wheel-rail force criterion are more conservative.It is suggested to adopt two-level indexes,so that the running safety performance can be quickly and easily assessed.
