药师药学干预对清洁手术预防用抗菌药物的影响评价

摘　　要：目的探讨药师药学干预对清洁手术预防用抗菌药物的影响.方法回顾性分析2021年1月-2022年1月佛山市妇幼保健院120例接受清洁手术治疗患者的临床资料,根据患者围术期药学干预形式分为对照组(60例,接受常规药学干预)与研究组(60例,接受药师直接药学干预),所有患者术后均随访观察1个月.收集比较两组患者随访期间用药依从性、用药差错率及药品不良反应(ADR)率发生情况.结果研究组的用药总依从率(95.00%)高于对照组(81.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05);研究组患者的用药差错率(1.67%)低于对照组(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05);研究组患者的ADR发生率(8.33%)低于对照组(21.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05).结论药师药学干预可降低清洁手术患者用药差错率及ADR发生风险,提高患者用药依从性.0bjective To explore the influence of pharmacists'pharmaceutical interv ention on antibacterial drugs used in clean operation prevention.Methods A retrspeetive analysis from January 2021 to January 2022,our hospial clinical data of 120 patients with clean surgical treatment,according to the medicine in the form of intervention perioperative period in patients with the control group(60 cases,accept conventional pharnaceutical intervention)and group(60 casaccept pharmacists pharmacutical inervention)directly,all the patients were followed for 1 month.The medicaion compliance,medication error rate and ADR rate were collected and compared between the two groups during the follow-up period.Results The total medication complanee rate of study group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(81.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.175.P<0.05).The medication error rate in study group(1.67%)was lower than that in control groupl(13.33%),and the difference was staistially signifcant(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05).The incidence of ADR in study group(8.33%)was lower than that in control group(21.67%),and the difference was staistically significant(χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmacists'pharmaceutical intervention ean reduce the medication error rate and the risk of ADR in patients with clean surgery,and improve patients'medication compliance.
