芍药甘草汤联合奥美拉唑对胃溃疡患者临床疗效及胃黏膜表皮生长因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胃溃疡患者采用芍药甘草汤联合奥美拉唑治疗对临床疗效及胃黏膜表皮生长因子水平的影响.方法选取2018年1月-2021年1月九江市湖口县中医医院收治的80例胃溃疡患者,采用随机摸球法分成A组(n=40)与B组(n=40),B组采用奥美拉唑治疗,A组采用芍药甘草汤联合奥美拉唑治疗,对两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃黏膜表皮生长因子水平及炎性因子水平进行比较.结果A组治疗总有效率较B组明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分(胃脘胀满、嗳气、反酸)明显降低(P<0.05),A组积分较B组明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组胃黏膜表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及表皮生长因子(EGF)水平明显提高(P<0.05),A组水平较B组明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平明显降低(P<0.05),A组水平较B组明显更低(P<0.05).结论芍药甘草汤联合奥美拉唑应用于胃溃疡患者治疗中,能够提高临床疗效,改善中医证候积分、胃黏膜表皮生长因子及炎性因子水平.0bjective To investigate the ffeet of Shaoyan Gancao Decoetion Combhined with omnepraole on the elinical fficacy and the level of gastic mucosal epidermal growth faclor in patients with gastric uloer.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastriulcer treated in our hospital fron January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into group A(n=40)and group B(n=40).Group B was treated with omeprazole and group A was treated with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction Combined with oneprazole.The elinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,gastric mucosal epidermal growth factor level and inlammatory factor level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group A was signifieantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes(epigastric fullnes,belching and aeid reflux)in the two groups decreased signicanly(P<0.05),and the scores in group A were sinifiantly lower than hose in group B(P<0.05);after reatmnent,he levels of epidermal growth faclor recepor(EGFR)and epidermal grmorth factor(EGF)in gastric murcosa of the two groups were sigificanly increased(P<0.05),and the level of group A was sgnificanly higher than that of group B(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),intedeukin-8(IL-8)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in group A were signifieandly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shaoyao Ganeao Decoction Combined with omepraole in the trealment of gastrie ulcer patients can improve the elinical curalive effect,improve the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the level of gastric mucosal epidermal growth factor and inflammatory factor.
