摘　　要：目的探讨加味金黄散局部外敷联合西医治疗对附睾炎患者血睾屏障通透性的影响.方法选取2019年6月-2021年12月甘肃中医药大学第三附属医院附睾炎患者128例,依据随机表分为外敷组(n=64)和西医组(n=64),西医组给予头孢曲松钠静滴治疗,外敷组在此基础上给予加味金黄散局部外敷,比较两组血睾屏障通透性[抑制素B(INB)、抗精子抗体(ASAb)]、精子质量(精子A级率、活动率、密度)、疗效.结果外敷组和西医组治疗后INB、ASAb阴性率高于治疗前,外敷组治疗后INB、ASAb阴性率高于西医组(P<0.05);外敷组和西医组治疗后精子A级率、活动率、密度高于治疗前,外敷组治疗后精子A级率、活动率、密度高于西医组(P<0.05);外敷组治疗有效率高于西医组(P<0.05).结论加味金黄散局部外敷联合西医治疗可改善附睾炎患者血睾屏障通透性、精子质量,有利于提高疗效,值得临床推广.Objective To discuss the effect of jiawei jinhuangsan topical application combined with western medicine on blood testosterone barrier permeability in patients with epididymitis.Methods A total of 128 patients with epididymitis in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random table:external application group(n=64)and western medicine group(n=64).The western medicine group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium iv drip,and the external application group was additionally treated with jawei jinhuangsan topical application on the basis of the western medicine group,the blood testosterone barrier permeability [inhibin B(INB),anti-sperm antibody(ASAb)],sperm quality(sperm grade A rate,activity rate and density)and eficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The INB and negative rate of ASAb after treatment in the external application group and western medicine group was higher than that in the before treatment,and the INB and negative rate of ASAb in the external application group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The sperm grade A rate,activity rate and density in the external application group and western medicine group were higher than those in the before lreatment,the sperm grade A rate,activity rate and density in the external application group were higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the external application group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusions The jiawei jinhuangsan topical application combined with western medicine treatment can improve blood testosterone barrier permeability and sperm quality of patients with epididymitis,which is helpful to improve curative effect,it's worth for further clinical promotion.
