摘　　要：高校师德师风建设是高校教师队伍素质的核心要素,是评价教师队伍素质的第一标准。党建引领是师德师风建设的必要保障,在师德师风思想建设、制度建设及文化建设中发挥着重要的作用,缺乏党建引领将导致师德师风建设出现诸多问题。当今我国高校教师师德师风建设存在制度不完善、教师主体意识薄弱及建设氛围不浓厚等问题,可以充分发挥党建引领的制度建设优势、思想引领优势、组织协调优势,完善师德师风制度建设、激发教师主体意识、营造师德师风建设的良好氛围。Teaching morality construction is the core element to improve university teachers’quality and the first criterion to evaluate the quality of teachers.It is necessary to give a top priority to the Party construction under the background of constructing teacher ethics and style,which plays an important role in the construction of theoretical development,institutional construction and cultural construction of teaching morality construction.Absence of leadership in Party building will lead to many problems in the teaching morality construction.At present,there are challenges in the university teaching morality construction in our count,such as institutional deficiencies,weakness on teacher consciousness and negligence on the construction atmosphere.However,it can give full play to advantages of system construction,ideological leadership,organization and coordination led by Party building,in turn,thereby improving the system of teachers’ethics and style and stimulating teachers’subject consciousness,creating a good atmosphere for teaching morality construction.
