益气活血汤治疗高血压动脉粥样硬化对患者血浆Hcy、L-PGDs及内脂素水平影响研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨益气活血汤对高血压动脉粥样硬化患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂质运载蛋白型前列腺素D合成酶(L-PGDs)及内脂素水平的临床影响.方法 选取台山市中医院于2021年1月-2021年10月期间收治的61例高血压动脉粥样硬化患者作为研究对象,根据入院编号的单双数分为对照组(单数,31例)和观察组(双数,30例),给对照组患者提供常规的治疗方法,观察组患者则在对照组的基础上增加益气活血汤进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的血液流变学指数、颈动脉内膜厚度(IMT)、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块大小、血浆Hcy、L-PGDs和内脂素水平.结果 治疗后,观察组患者的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度和血浆黏度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的IMT和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块大小均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的血浆Hcy和内脂素水平均明显低于对照组,且L-PGDs明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对于高血压动脉粥样硬化患者而言,益气活血汤能明显改善患者的IMT和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块大小,降低患者的血液流变学指数、血浆Hcy和内脂素水平,提高患者的L-PGDs,建议临床进一步推广.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the levels of plasma homocysteine(Hcy),lipocalin_type prostaglandin D synthase(L-PGDs)and visfatin in patients with hypertensive atherosclerosis influence.Methods A total of 61 patients with hypertensive atherosclerosis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(odd number,31 cases) and the observation group according to the odd and even numbers of the admission numbers(even number,30 cases),the patients in the control group were provided with conventional treatment methods,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.Intima-intimal thickness(IMT),carotid atherosclerotic plaque size,plasma Hey,L-PGDs and visfatin levels.Results After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the plasma Hey and visfatin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and L-PGDs were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertensive atherosclerosis,Yiqi Huoxue deroetien can sgnifiranly improve the IMT and the sixe of carmid alheroseleroir plaque.reduce the henorheology index.pasmea Hey and visfatin levels,ond inerease the blood flow roate.L-PCDs in patients are red commended for further cdinieal promotion.
