褐家鼠背毛和腹毛红外光谱分析

摘  要:[目的]了解褐家鼠(Rattus norvegicus)背毛和腹毛的红外光谱特征,分析其异同点。[方法]使用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)仪对背毛和腹毛的粉末进行检测,根据得到的红外光谱和二阶导数谱分析不同部位体毛的特征。[结果]结果表明,褐家鼠背毛和腹毛均能反映出该物种的特征性成分,背毛和腹毛的红外图谱基本一致,如背毛和腹毛均在1561、1637、622 cm^(-1)位置形成了明显的吸收峰,在3397~3494 cm^(-1)范围内表现了明显的N-H基团的伸缩振动峰。但二阶导数谱能明显地反映出背毛和腹毛之间的差异,如腹毛在1626 cm^(-1)有一个峰强较小的峰,背毛表现不明显;腹毛在1773 cm^(-1)处有一个明显的单峰,而背毛在1768~1775 cm^(-1)范围内由两个峰强和峰形相似的单峰形成一个封底较宽的较小的W形图谱。[结论]红外光谱可以反映褐家鼠体毛的特征性成分,其不同部位的体毛特征基本一致,但依据红外光谱1234~1258 cm^(-1)范围内和二阶导数谱1626~1775 cm^(-1)范围内的图谱可以区分体毛处于的不同部位。利用该特征可以对褐家鼠进行鉴定并对鸮形目(Strigiformes)鸟类的食性进行分析。[Objective]To understand the infrared spectrum characteristics of back and abdominal hair of Rattus norvegicus and analyze the similarities and differences between them.[Method]Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to detect the powder of back hair and abdominal hair,and the characteristics of body hair in different parts were analyzed according to the infrared spectrum and second derivative spectrum obtained.[Result]The results showed that the dorsal hair and abdominal hair of Rattus norvegicus could reflect the characteristic components of this species.The infrared patterns of dorsal hair and abdominal hair were basically the same.For example,the dorsal hair and abdominal hair both formed obvious absorption peaks in 1561,1637,622 cm^(-1),and showed obvious stretching vibration peaks of N-H groups in 3397-3494 cm^(-1).But the second derivative spectrum can obviously reflect the difference between the back hair and abdominal hair,such as abdominal hair in 1626 cm^(-1)has a small peak strength,the back hair is not obvious;The abdominal hair has a distinct single peak in 1773 cm^(-1),while the back hair has two similar single peaks in 1768-1775 cm^(-1),forming a smaller W-shaped pattern with a wider back cover.[Conclusion]The infrared spectrum can reflect the characteristic components of the hair of Rattus norvegicus,and the hair characteristics of different parts are basically the same,but the different parts of the hair can be distinguished according to the infrared spectrum in the range of 1234-1258 cm^(-1)and the second derivative spectrum in the range of 1626-1775 cm^(-1).The characteristics can be used to identify Rattus norvegicus and analyze the feeding habits of Strigiformes birds.
