摘  要:壳聚糖及其衍生物具有低毒、可生物降解、生物相容性好、抑菌、黏膜粘附性等优势,其作为药物和疫苗载体已经被广泛研究。水溶性壳聚糖衍生物作为载体还可以提高蛋白质、多肽类药物的生物利用度。该文综述了壳聚糖及其衍生物作为药物和疫苗载体的优势及其局限性,总结了近年来壳聚糖及其衍生物作为药物和疫苗载体的研究成果,并展望了其应用前景。Chitosan and its derivatives have the advantages of low toxicity,biodegradability,biocompatibility,bacteriostasis and mucosal adhesion.They have been widely studied as drug and vaccine carriers.When chitosan and its derivatives are used as drug and vaccine carriers,drugs or vaccines can be transported to appropriate sites through a variety of ways.At the same time,water-soluble chitosan derivatives can also improve the bioavailability of protein and polypeptide drugs.This paper reviews the advantages and limitations of chitosan and its derivatives as drug and vaccine carriers,summarizes the research results of chitosan and its derivatives as drug and vaccine carriers in recent years,and looks forward to its application prospect.
