摘 要:斑马鱼是一种广泛运用于人类肿瘤等疾病的脊椎动物模型,与人类在发育、诱导肝癌发生和生理病理改变中都有极其相似的分子机制。该文重点介绍了当前斑马鱼肝癌的新型模型,提供了有关肝癌建模新进展,同时详细阐述了外界环境毒物、基因敲除等条件对斑马鱼肝脏肿瘤的影响,斑马鱼肝癌模型和药物筛选的最新应用与进展,以及斑马鱼肝癌模型通过与细胞自噬的结合,为肝癌的治疗提供新思路。从斑马鱼肝癌模型中获得的研究成果能够作为人类肝癌治疗的理论支撑和效果评价,该模型具有广阔的应用前景。Zebrafish is a vertebrate model which is widely used for investigating of human diseases,such as liver cancer.Zebrafish and human naturally have a higher similarity in genetic and the physiology.In this review,it is mainly introduced the new model of zebrafish in liver cancer aspects,and provide new insights about zebrafish could utilization for precise treatment of liver cancer.Meanwhile,the environmental toxicology for causing liver cancer with zebrafish model is additionally introduced in this study.In last,zebrafish model is also used for drug screening for liver cancer model through the combination of autophagy and cell,providing a new method for the treatment of liver cancer.Therefore,zebrafish model is revealed as the pathogenesis of liver cancer and reliable model for the treatment of liver cancer.The liver cancer of zebrafish model will be brought the prospect and great research value.
