301例婴幼儿湿疹影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析婴幼儿湿疹的影响因素。方法选取0~24月龄婴幼儿301例,调查湿疹发生情况及相关因素,采用logistic回归分析婴幼儿湿疹的影响因素。结果婴幼儿湿疹的总检出率为55.5%(167/301)。婴幼儿湿疹与母亲孕期接触过消毒液、母亲孕期自我心理压力感受、家庭以天然气为燃料做饭、母亲孕期食用过虾、蟹、贝类、母亲孕期食用鸡蛋频率、母亲孕期食用豆类频率、母亲孕期服用叶酸频率、出生后接触过吸烟环境和居家经常自然通风有关(P<0.05)。母亲孕期自我心理压力感受大、母亲孕期食用过虾、蟹、贝类和出生后3 d内未吮吸母乳是婴幼儿湿疹的独立危险因素,家庭以天然气为燃料做饭和孕期经常食用豆类是婴幼儿湿疹的保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿湿疹发生率较高,与母亲孕期心理状况、孕期饮食习惯以及婴幼儿出生后3 d内吸吮母乳情况有关。Objective To investigate the influencing factors for infantile eczema.Methods The occurrence of eczema and relevant factors were investigated in 301 infants aged 0-24 months.The influencing factors for infantile eczema were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results The detection rate of infantile eczema was 55.5%(167/301).Infantile eczema was related to the mother factors during pregnancy,which included getting in touch with disinfectants,cooking with natural gas as fuel,having psychological pressure,taking shrimp,crabs,shellfish,frequently taking eggs,beans and folic acid,and the infants factors after birth such as exposuring smoking environment and often home natural ventilation(P<0.05).Having high psychological pressure,taking shrimp,crab and shellfish of the mother during pregnancy,and the failure to suck breast milk within 3 days after birth were the independent risk factors for infantile eczema(P<0.05).Cooking with natural gas as fuel and frequently eating beans of the mother during pregnancy were the protective factors for infantile eczema(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of infantile eczema is high,which is related to the psychological situation and eating habits of the mother during pregnancy,and the breast milk sucking of the infants within 3 days after birth.
