摘 要:腰椎关节突关节源性疼痛长期以来被认为是慢性腰痛的潜在来源,包括小关节紊乱、关节突关节炎等涉及关节突关节的病变。目前,对关节突关节源性腰痛的诊疗尚存较多争议,而介入技术具有损伤小、疗效好、并发症少等优势,已经成为关节突关节源性腰痛的主要治疗手段。本文将从针刀疗法、关节腔内注射、低温冷冻去神经术、射频热凝消融术、脊神经阻滞术等5种介入治疗进行介绍。For a long time,lumbar facet joint-derived pain has been considered as a potential source of chronic low back pain,including facet joint disorders,articular arthritis and other diseases involving facet joints.At present,there are still many controversies over the diagnosis and treatment of facet joint-derived low back pain.Because interventional technology has the advantages of less damage,excellent curative effect and fewer complications,it has become the main treatment option for facet joint-derived low back pain.This paper aims to make a comprehensive review of interventional therapies for lumbar facet joint-derived pain,focusing on the following five therapeutic methods:knife therapy,intra-articular injection,cryo-denervation,radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation and spinal nerve block.
