划船运动员全运周期竞技表现的稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的:本文主要通过对划船运动员进行全运周期长期跟踪监控来研究其竞技成绩稳定性规律及影响因素。方法:以83名广东优秀划船运动员作为研究对象、以变异系数(CV)为评价指标,对运动员按级别、训练周期、性别等进行分组,对相关指标和成绩进行稳定性分析比较。结果:不同级别运动员机能指标的原始均值没有表现出明显差异,但是这些指标的CV值的差异性却具有明显的规律性,运动级别越高、成绩越好,指标的稳定性越好。奖牌运动员成绩的CV值小于非奖牌运动员,测功仪2km测试中两者CV值差异显著(P<0.05)。运动员竞技成绩的CV值与生化指标的CV值呈正相关,相关性较大的指标是CK。结论:成绩稳定性是运动员比赛制胜的重要因素,机能指标和成绩的稳定性研究对于训练监控及对运动员竞技表现做出合理推测具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE:The paper presents a study of the stability of competition performance and influencing factors by long-term tracking and monitoring of rowing athletes in a National Games cycle.METHODS:83 elite rowing athletes in Guangdong province were selected as subjects.Coefficients of variation(CV)were used as the assessment indicator.Athletes were dividedto groups by level,training period and gender.The stability of performances were analyzed and compared by indicators.RESULTS:There was no significant difference in the original mean value of function indicators of athletes at different levels.However,the differences of the CV values of these indicators were apparently regular,that is,the higher sports level and better performance of the athletes,more stable the indicators are.The CV values of medal-winning athletes’performances were lower than those without medals,the better the performance,the smaller the CV value.CV values of the two groups were significantly different in 2 km dynamometer test(P<0.05).The CV value of athletes’competition performance was positively correlated with that of biochemical indexes,CK were highly correlated with CV of performance.CONCLUSIONS:The stability of performance is an important factor for athletes to win in the competition.It is of vital importance to study the stability of athletes’function indicator and performance for training monitoring and prediction.
