基于Dartfish对竞技男子南拳323C+1技术特征分析研究——以第十四届全运会决赛为例

摘　　要：新时代背景下,竞技武术套路朝着“高、难、美、新、稳”的方向发展,难度的成功率与竞赛成绩密切相关。本文通过采用文献资料法、Dartfish软件分析法、数理统计法等研究方法对全国第十四届运动会竞技男子南拳运动员323C+1技术特征进行分析。结果显示:①保证难度稳定性的前提下,难度的选用是决定运动员最终排名的一个重要因素。②助跑的速度和步幅对323C后续的动作起关键作用。③膝关节的最大缓冲最为关键,是将水平加速度转换为向上动力的基石。④落地时控制落地姿态、缓冲落地冲击力、马步膝关节外撑,同时下肢各肌肉的收缩和舒张是保证落地稳定性的关键因素。In the context of the new era,competitive Wushu routines are developing in the direction of"high,difficult,beautiful,new and stable".The success rate of difficulty is closely related to competition results.By using the research methods of literature review,Dartfish software analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper presents an analysis of the 323 c+1 technical characteristics of male Nanquan athletes in the 14 th National Games.Findings are:(a)on the premise of ensuring the stability of difficulty,the selection of difficulty is also an important factor in determining the final ranking of athletes.(b)The speed and stride of approach play a key role in the subsequent movements of 323 C.(c)The maximum cushioning of the knee joint is the most critical,and it is the cornerstone of converting the horizontal acceleration into upward power.(d)Controlling landing posture,buffering the impact force of landing,external support of horse-step knee joint and the contraction and relaxation of the muscles of lower limbs are the key factors to ensure the stability of landing.
