摘 要:本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法和数理统计法,选取东山高级中学高一年级46名学生作为实验对象,进行为期12周的新型阻力练习运动干预实验,测量46名高中生实验前后体质健康测试项目的变化。研究发现:在12周实验前后,46名高中生的BMI值和静息心率降低(P<0.05)、体脂百分比显著降低(P<0.01)、50m跑和坐位体前屈成绩提高(P<0.05)、引体向上和仰卧起坐成绩显著提高(P<0.01),而肺活量和耐力跑项目在实验前后的变化则不显著。由此可知新型抗阻练习对高中生的速度、力量和柔韧性素质具有优良的效果,而对耐力素质的效果需要长期跟进才会有显著效果。METHODS:literature review,expert interviews,experimental methods and mathematical statistics.By experimental method,46 Year-10 students of Dongshan Senior High School were selected as subjects.A 12-week new resistance exercise intervention experiment was carried out to measure the changes of physical health test results of the subjects before and after the experiment.CONCLUSION:Findings show that the BMI and resting heart rate of the forty six high school students decreased(P<0.05),body fat percentage decreased significantly(P<0.01),50-meter run and sit-and-reach performance increased(P<0.05),pull-up and sit-up performance increased significantly(P<0.01),while vital capacity and endurance run results did not change significantly before and after the experiment.It can be seen that the new resistance exercise has superior effect on the speed,strength and flexibility of high school students,whereas its effect on endurance needs long-term follow-up.
