摘 要:本文通过对羽毛球运动员的五种不同步法训练和模拟比赛的负荷监控,探究训练冲量在羽毛球运动的应用,为羽毛球训练寻找简单有效的监控手段,希望可以对训练负荷的安排提供理论依据。研究发现,技战术和体能更好的运动员其训练和比赛中所承受的内在负荷都相对较低;训练中TRIMP值过高的运动员存在伤病或疲劳可能性;模拟单局比赛的TRIMP值明显高于多球防守步法(p<0.01)和无球定向六点步法(p<0.05),负重沙衣多球不定向四点步法明显高于模拟单局比赛(p<0.05),另外负重沙衣训练同样明显高于其他4种步法训练(p<0.01)。建议:借助TRIMP值来进行个性化训练,合理安排训练负荷;运用TRIMP值的分析,发现运动员身体机能状况,避免运动过度;在训练计划的制定中可根据训练负荷的需要选择不同的训练模式。This paper presents an explorative study of the application of training impulse(TRIMP)to the sports of badminton through load monitoring of badminton players in five footwork training and simulated competition.It is aimed to find a simple and effective monitoring method for badminton training,with a hope to provide a theoretical basis for training load quantification.Findings of the study are as follows:athletes with better technical,tactical and physical fitness have relatively lower intrinsic loads during training and competition;athletes with overhigh TRIMP values in training can possibly be injured or fatigued;the TRIMP of a simulated single match is significantly higher than that of multi-ball defensive footwork(p<0.01)and that of directional six-point footwork without the ball(p<0.05);the TRIMP value of multi-ball non-directional 4-point footwork with weighted vest was significantly higher than that of the simulated single match(p<0.05);and training with weighted vest was also significantly higher than the other four footwork training(p<0.01).CONCLUSIONS:we can use TRIMP values as measure of training load and have individualized training.We can analyze the TRIMP values to monitor body functions of athletes for prevention of overloaded exercise.And for training plans,we can select training modes and quantify training loads as required.
