摘　　要：目的观察自拟方调中复胃汤治疗脾虚气滞血瘀型萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将70例脾虚气滞血瘀型萎缩性胃炎患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组与治疗组,各35例,对照组给予口服胃复春片治疗,治疗组给予口服调中复胃汤治疗,均治疗3个月为1个疗程,观察2组临床疗效、胃镜及病理疗效。结果治疗1个疗程后,治疗组临床疗效(94.3%,33/35)显著高于对照组(82.9%,29/35)(P<0.05);治疗组胃镜检查有效率(91.4%,32/35)显著高于对照组(85.7%,30/35)(P<0.05),病理检查有效率(88.6%,31/35)显著高于对照组(77.1%,27/35)(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后中医症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调中复胃汤治疗脾虚气滞血瘀型萎缩性胃炎疗效明显。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the self-made Tiaozhong Fuwei Decoction in the treatment of atrophic gastritis with the pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis due to spleen deficiency.Methods A total of 70 atrophic gastritis patients with the pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis due to spleen deficiency were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Weifuchun tablets orally,while the treatment group was treated with Tiaozhong Fuwei Decoction orally,both for 3 months as a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,gastroscopy and pathology results of the two groups were observed.Results After one course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group(94.3%,33/35)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.9%,29/35)(P<0.05).The effective rate of gastroscopic results in the treatment group(91.4%,32/35)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.7%,30/35)(P<0.05),while the effective rate of pathological results in the treatment group(88.6%,31/35)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.1%,27/35)(P<0.05).There was a statistical significance in the TCM symptom scores in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaozhong Fuwei Decoction has an obvious curative effect in the treatment of atrophic gastritis with the pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis due to spleen deficiency.
