急性期带状疱疹患者经铺棉灸结合毫火针治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析铺棉灸结合毫火针治疗急性期带状疱疹对患者血常规、疱疹愈合情况及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年3月于海口市中医医院门诊及住院就诊的急性期带状疱疹患者作为研究对象共84例,以随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组接受常规药物(甲钴胺片、泛昔洛韦片、加巴喷丁胶囊)口服进行基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受铺棉灸结合毫火针治疗,2组均治疗2周。观察2组治疗2周后的综合疗效有效率、疱疹愈合情况,比较2组治疗前、治疗1、2周后的疼痛程度、带状疱疹病情评分,检测2组治疗前、治疗2周后的末梢血、局部血的血常规指标。结果治疗2周后,观察组综合疗效有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)。观察组止疱、结痂、脱痂时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗1、2周后,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、带状疱疹病情评分均呈逐渐降低趋势,且观察组治疗1、2周后VAS、带状疱疹病情评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗2周后,2组末梢血、局部血淋巴细胞比例均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论铺棉灸结合毫火针辅助治疗可有效促进急性期带状疱疹患者疱疹愈合,减轻患者疼痛程度,同时降低患者末梢血、局部血淋巴细胞比例,有助于促进其病情缓解,疗效显著。Objective To analyze the effect of cotton sheet moxibustion combined with milli fire needling on the indexes of blood routine,herpes healing scores and pain degrees in patients with acute herpes zoster.Methods A total of 84 patients with acute herpes zoster treated in the outpatient and inpatient departments in Haikou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs orally(mecobalamin tablets,famciclovir tablets and gabapentin capsules),while the observation group was treated with cotton sheet moxibustion combined with milli fire needling on the basis of the control group,both for two weeks.The comprehensive effective rates and herpes healing scores of the two groups after two weeks of treatment were observed.The pain degrees and the scores of herpes zoster before and after one and two weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.The blood routine indexes of peripheral blood and local blood before and after 2 weeks of treatment were detected in the two groups.Results After two weeks of treatment,the comprehensive effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 85.71%of the control group(P<0.05).The time of stopping blisters,forming scabs and removing scabs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and herpes zoster of the two groups decreased gradually after one and two weeks of treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after two weeks of treatment,the ratios of lymphocytes in the peripheral blood and local blood in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the ratios of neutrophils in t
