摘  要:肝脏合成的胆汁酸不但与肠道菌群相互影响,还可作为信号因子,在葡萄糖代谢中发挥作用,总胆汁酸池的调节也会影响血糖和胰岛素敏感性,且胆汁酸参与血糖的控制。越来越多的研究揭示了肠道菌群和胆汁酸在调节2型糖尿病中的相互作用。因此本文就胆汁酸和肠道菌群与2型糖尿病发病机制的相关研究进行阐述,以期为2型糖尿病的预防、诊断及治疗提供新的策略和研究靶点。Bile acids synthesized by the liver not only interact with the intestinal flora,but also play a role in the glucose metabolism as signal factors.The regulation of the total bile acid pool also affects the blood glucose and insulin sensitivity,and bile acids are also involved in the blood glucose control.A growing number of studies have revealed the interaction between the intestinal flora and bile acids in the regulation of type 2 diabetes.Therefore,this paper expounds the related research on the relationship between bile acids and intestinal flora and the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes,in order to provide new strategies and research targets for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of type the disease.
